CSEA UNion Vision and dental benefits? - csea benefit plan
I tried my union for the benefits they offer to contact, but theyre not open Saturday and give me more information.
I wanted to make an appointment with a dentist ...
What should I mean apponintment for my services through them. I also have the assurance of the New York Empire State plan, but they do not cover vision and dental.
Should I my card nyship / (* display Empire Plan) for this appointment?

You need to bring their card use if you have one. This gives the registered address to send the complaints. If you bring your X-rays, where you please. If the office to go to a vendor for CSEA (NIC), which probably have a fee schedule and know what they are covered by your plan.
