Hr Bike Insurance Can I Exercise For 1/2 Hr On My Bike When 6 Wks Pg If I Take It Very Slowly?

Can I exercise for 1/2 hr on my bike when 6 wks pg if I take it very slowly? - hr bike insurance

I've always been active, but if I am not pg, I have taken, not because they lose the child. Anyone out there exercise during pregnancy and if so .. How much exercise. Not to beat on foot, because it - 25 in Canada at this time.

HUN I think it should work. Just be careful. Mild exercise is good, even during pregnancy. I hope you have a beautiful, healthy baby boucing! Congratulations!

You what your body was accustomed to before pregnancy, of course, except for things like drinking. Keep exercising. Listen to your body and tell if you overdo it. Actually, it's easier for you to exercise in the uterus to return before pregnancy, during pregnancy if you continue. If you feel unwell, who you are, tell your doctor or has a gym, a baby gym class. They even offer some aerobics and yoga in hospitals. Good luck and God bless your baby!

My doctor told me I was good. She said only to ensure that they do not get my heart rate of 150 beats per minute.

like during pregnancy Exercise helps you can not do anything which you consider very slowly 6wks cause now that you think is the stage where the majority of the M / C on the 1st 3 months to take advantage of, are the most dangerous. After that, I say enjoy the day not to feel good about practicing, and drinking plenty of water to be careful and congrads
